User activity statistics shows that a lot of people don’t look at the FAQ or read the documentation before they upload a PSD file to convert it into CSS layout. Uploading not well prepared PSD template you can get not correctly prepared CSS layout and not correctly prepared images.
We would like to provide more automation, but as yet it is the aim we crave for. So, please, read a manual and prepare your design templates in a right way.
